Romana Islam Roxy holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), specializing in Structural Engineering. She has demonstrated strong academic performance throughout her educational journey and completed her undergraduate studies with honours.

She has gained practical exposure through industrial attachments and site visits, including experiences related to highway construction practices, quality control, project management, and infrastructure development. She is skilled in engineering software and tools including ANSYS, ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD, MATLAB, Python, and C++, and has actively participated in academic and extracurricular activities through organizations such as the BUET Artista Society and ACI Student Chapter, BUET.
